Shipping policy


At Domain of Beauty and Glamour our goal is to provide you with the best shipping options. We deliver to hundreds of customers every day and can offer the highest level of responsiveness.

What are the delivery times?

Shipping estimates depend on the country ship to which shipping option you choose during checkout, and can always vary due to customs, postal service or time of the year. See below for our domestic and international shipping estimates:

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (United States):

- Economy USA: 5-7 business days

- USPS First Class/Priority Mail: 2-3 business days

- UPS Ground: 3-7 business days

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

- Standard International Shipping offers fully scanned and tracked shipping until final delivery. Depending on the destination country, delivery can take anywhere from 1 to 4 weeks.

- Economy International Shipping is the least expensive shipping option that has limited package tracking. Packages are scanned and tracked up to the point of international departure. The final delivery is made by the receiving country’s national postal service and packages are not scanned. Delivery times are an additional 1 or 2 weeks from the

Standard method.

- USPS Priority and UPS estimated delivery time is provided by the couriers depending on

the service selected and destination country.

We are unable to ship to some international countries. Please note we are not responsible for customs fees and duties. If any packages are returned back to us because it was unclaimed or fees were unpaid, we will either credit or refund the cost of only the resalable merchandise less 25% restocking fee. How long does my order take to process?

All orders are processed and shipped from Los Angeles, California USA and may take 2-3 days to process before shipment. During peak seasons, it may take one or two more days on top of regular processing times. Most orders are shipped the following business day when payment is confirmed after cutoff time 10:00PM. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or US Holidays.


PROCESSING TIME

Once confirmed, your order will take 1-2 business days to process, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout.

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Please allow up to 2 business days for processing (for example, if you order on Monday, your order should ship on Tuesday or Wednesday).


MY PACKAGE WAS NOT DELIVERED BETWEEN THE STATED DELIVERY TIME. WHAT NEXT?

Contact customer service within 21 days by emailing domainofbeautyandglamour@gmail.com. We will then find out from the carrier where your parcel is. If you contact us after 21 days, we may not be able to track your parcel.


I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS OR WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL MY ORDER. WHAT NEXT?

Contact customer service within 24 hours by emailing domainofbeautyandglamour@gmail.com. We will then deal with your concern directly.

MY PRODUCT IS DAMAGED. WHAT NEXT?

We will only replace items within 7 days of delivery if they are defective or damaged.  Replacement items are not eligible for exchange or a claim. Email us at domainofbeautyandglamour@gmail.com.
